The most important part
Your photos are NEVER saved. Every photo (scan or the optional face check) is processed on the spot to generate the reading and discarded instantly. There is no photo gallery, no backup, no later access — not even for us.
Data we process
Scan photo: sent encrypted to our backend, analyzed and discarded; only the RESULT is kept (detected color, score, visual indicators), stored locally on your device. Face check (optional): same treatment; only a signal is kept ("none / mild / visible"). Profile: age, weight, sex, activity, climate and optional name — stored on your device to compute your goal. Drink logs and streaks: on your device.
Account sync
If you create an account, your readings, drink logs and profile snapshot are also stored on our servers, tied to your account, so they follow you when you sign in on another device. They are protected by row-level security: only your account can read them. Deleting your account removes them.
Subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Apple/Google and RevenueCat using an anonymous identifier and the store receipt. We never see your card details.
Providers we use
Supabase (backend infrastructure), OpenAI (visual analysis of the image via API, which does not use this data to train models), RevenueCat (subscription management) and Apple/Google (payments). Each provider processes only the minimum necessary.
Permissions
Camera and photos: only to read the sample or the face check. Notifications: local reminders you can turn off anytime in Settings.
No ads
We do not sell your data, we show no ads, and we currently use no third-party analytics.
Retention and deletion
Your data lives on your device and, if you created an account, on our servers under your account. You can erase everything from Settings → "Delete account" inside the app, or by contacting us. Subscription entitlement records are kept for as long as your subscription exists.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
