1. Acceptance
By downloading or using PeeScan AI ("the app") you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What PeeScan AI is
PeeScan AI is a wellness app that estimates your hydration level from a photo, using visual signals only (color, foam, turbidity). It is an educational tool: it is NOT a medical device, it does not diagnose disease, and it does not replace lab testing or advice from health professionals.
3. Minimum age
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are a minor in your country, you need the consent of a parent or guardian.
4. Subscriptions and payments
The app works with a paid subscription: weekly, monthly or annual. The weekly plan may include a 3-day free trial. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by region and currency. Payment is processed through your App Store or Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, from your store settings. If you reinstall or switch devices you can recover access with "Restore purchases". Refunds are governed by Apple and Google policies.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app only for your personal wellness, not to attempt to breach its security, decompile it, resell it, or use it in ways that harm others or break applicable laws.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its brand, design, copy and code belong to PeeScan AI or its licensors. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app.
7. No warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". Readings are visual estimates and can be inaccurate (light, camera, dilution). We do not guarantee continuous availability or specific results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeeScan AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, nor for decisions made based on its readings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You can stop using the app and cancel your subscription at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will communicate it in the app. Continuing to use the app means accepting the current version.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the provider's country of incorporation, without prejudice to consumer protections in your country of residence. Contact: peescanai@gmail.com
